We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to request permanent deletion of your Setoo Life account and associated data.

Steps to Delete Your Account

Fill out the deletion request form below

Provide your registered email address and the reason for deletion (optional but helpful for our records).

Submit your request

Click "Submit Request" and our team will receive your deletion request immediately.

Verification email

We'll send a confirmation email to verify your identity within 24 hours.

Account deletion completed

Once verified, your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Data that will be permanently deleted:

  • Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
  • Emergency contacts and trusted contacts
  • Check-in history and preferences
  • Location data and emergency alerts
  • All personal settings and configurations

Data that may be retained:

  • Emergency incident logs (required for legal/safety audits) - anonymized after 90 days
  • Transaction records (for accounting purposes) - as required by law
  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics data (non-identifiable)

Retention Period: Most data is deleted immediately upon completion of the deletion process. Emergency logs are anonymized within 90 days. Legal/financial records are retained only as required by applicable law.
